1. Agreement to Terms

5. Ticket Handling

• Tickets are non-transferable, unless explicitly permitted.
• Tickets are not redeemable for cash or any other value.
• Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets are processed at the risk of the Holder; no replacements will be issued.

6. Resale Restraints

• Tickets must not be resold for profit (commercial gain) or via unauthorized platforms.
• Purchases in excess of defined per-person limits may be canceled.

7. Prices & Payments

• Ticket prices are final unless otherwise stated.
• Accepted payment methods and billing details are presented during checkout.
• Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

8. Order Confirmation & Cancellations

• Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraudulent activity or error.

9. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted, except where required by applicable law.

10. Event Changes, Postponements & Cancellations

If an Event is postponed, canceled, or altered, your rights are limited to those required under applicable Mongolian law. We are not liable for additional compensation, travel, or accommodation costs.

Violations may result in cancellation of orders, revocation of tickets, or banning from the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
